Employment Visa in Dubai

UAE employment residence is linked to genuine employment and a sponsoring employer. The employer and authorised specialist partner determine the work-permit, residence, medical and Emirates ID procedures. We coordinate communication. The offer does not replace employment or involve fictitious employment or certificates.

From offer to Emirates ID

The employer and specialist partner explain the documents needed, the company’s responsibilities and the applicant’s personal steps. After approval, the authority’s entry and Emirates ID deadlines apply.

Support for employees and employers

The process depends on the employer, role, nationality and current UAE status. The employer and authorised provider check applicable requirements and documents.

A clear checklist for relocation

The applicant can discuss Emirates ID, insurance and post-arrival documents with the specialist provider in advance. A bank independently decides any account application under its own requirements.

Remote start and Emirates ID

The employment visa service price is AED 9,200 and may include government fees and Emirates ID. Preparation can begin while the applicant is outside the UAE, but medical testing, biometrics and status procedures may require local attendance. Document preparation can take up to three working days, followed by immigration review; the overall timeline depends on the employer, authority and file. Current availability, fees, inclusions, requirements and timing are confirmed before submission.

Sponsoring family members

A holder of a valid UAE employment residence visa may sponsor members of their family, subject to current UAE requirements. See our family sponsorship visa service for details.
