Who can take part
The invitation is for clients who received a UAE visa and Emirates ID with our assistance. A review should describe a real personal experience, not a generic recommendation. That makes it useful for people who are comparing options and planning their own move or long stay in the UAE.
What to include in the video
A short recording is enough. You can introduce yourself, say which service you used, describe how the process was organised and share your overall impression. There is no need for a prepared script: clear, natural words are more valuable than a polished advertisement. Please avoid showing passport numbers or other private documents on camera.
Publication and reward
With your permission, the recording may be published on our separate review channel, which already contains more than 100 client videos. We offer a reward for an eligible review. The amount and publication details are confirmed individually before recording, so you know the conditions in advance.
How to send your review
Contact Hello Emirates before sending the file so we can confirm the current reward terms and the preferred format. After receiving the video, we will clarify whether it can be published and where it will appear. Participation is voluntary, and a client can ask us not to publish the recording.
