This residence status allows the holder to apply for a UAE bank account, including accounts with a cheque book. Can I apply while I am outside the UAE?
Yes, all visa application stages can be completed remotely. After receiving the eVisa, you will need to travel to the UAE for the medical examination and biometrics.
