Hello Emirates Bot - a bot that watches the appointment calendar for you

Appointments at visa centres in the UAE tend to open in short bursts, often at hours nobody is refreshing a browser. Hello Emirates Bot runs repeat availability checks from your own Chrome, then tells you on screen, with a sound and in Telegram the moment a date appears. You stay signed in under your own account and book the slot yourself.

Hello Emirates Bot, developed by our team

Hello Emirates Bot is our own product for finding appointments at visa centres and foreign embassies and consulates in the United Arab Emirates. It helps you find available dates in VFS Global, Bookitit, Setmore and other booking systems for visa and consular services, including document legalisation. We are gradually expanding the range of destinations and adding more booking systems.

An available date may appear only briefly, while constantly refreshing a calendar takes time and attention. Hello Emirates Bot takes care of repeated checks and helps you learn when an appointment becomes available. Instead of spending your time watching a calendar, you have a practical assistant that makes the search easier and lets you focus on preparing your documents.

We built this product around our clients’ real needs and continue to develop it: adding routes, improving the search and making the bot easier to use. There is a team behind the service, not just a standalone tool. Users with an activated code have access to support from our team when using the bot.

Planning a trip, applying for a visa or arranging document legalisation all require attention to detail. Finding an appointment should not take up all your spare time: the bot helps make this stage less stressful and leaves more time for documents, plans and other priorities.

Hello Emirates Bot brings our own digital product to the Hello Emirates service. We want practical help to begin with the search for a date, making useful capabilities available in a clear, convenient format without asking you to master complicated tools.

How visa slot alerts reach you

Once automatic monitoring starts, the bot checks the appointment calendar for your selected route and records each result. When the official site confirms availability, the panel shows the application centre, appointment category and earliest available time. A sound alert helps you notice the result at your computer, while connected Telegram notifications can reach your phone. You then open the official visa-centre or consular website and choose a time in your own account. Before booking, you can check that the date matches your application category and that your documents are ready.

  • The bot independently checks the appointment calendar automatically, up to 20 times an hour
  • Appointment availability is confirmed by the site without false availability alerts
  • Alerts on screen, with sound and in Telegram
  • You book the appointment found by the bot in your own account

Try the VFS bot

This interactive Hello Emirates Bot beta introduces VFS appointment monitoring using sample results. See how the availability panel presents dates for Schengen visa or residence applications submitted from the UAE.

Try an on-demand check, automatic monitoring, sound alerts and fullscreen mode with a clock. Explore the journal of checks, details of the Dubai or Abu Dhabi application centre and the Telegram connection status.

The demo does not check real calendars, book appointments or switch to live operation. To check actual availability, choose your route and open the bot on its service page. You confirm the appointment date and time yourself on the official booking website.

Why visa appointment monitoring beats manual refresh

Most people searching for a VFS appointment follow the same loop: open the site, sign in, look at the calendar, find nothing and come back later. The difficulty is that cancellations and new dates do not follow office hours. An opening can appear in the evening, overnight or early in the morning and go quickly to whoever notices it first. Manual refreshing demands constant attention, and the gaps between attempts are usually random.

Hello Emirates Bot turns that checking into a steady routine. The browser follows the schedule for your chosen route, logs every result in the journal and tells you when a date becomes available. You stay in control of your account, decide whether the time suits you and book it on the official booking page. The bot does not pick a date for you or make the booking in your name.

Which VFS and consular routes are supported

The bot works with specific application types rather than a country in general. For Schengen visas through VFS visa centres in the UAE, each country has its own page and panel: France, Portugal and other routes with automatic monitoring, plus beta countries where on-demand availability checks are available. Long-stay visas sit separately: the French long-stay visa and Portugal’s D visa for relocation and residence have their own calendars and categories.

Consular document legalisation at the Spanish Embassy in Abu Dhabi is another independent route with its own booking system. Before starting, open the page that matches your purpose: a short-stay Schengen visa, a long-stay visa or legalisation. That way the bot checks the right category, and the journal shows results that genuinely apply to your case.

Visa centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

For many routes VFS serves applicants at more than one UAE centre, most often Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Availability at each centre moves independently: one calendar can stay empty for weeks while another opens a slot the same day. Where a route checks both centres, the bot shows each confirmed result on its own line, so you can see straight away where an appointment exists.

Which centre to use is your decision. Some applicants prefer the nearest office; others will travel to another emirate for an earlier date. Having the centre named in the alert helps you decide quickly instead of searching the calendar again.

Automatic search and on-demand checks

With monitoring enabled, the bot opens the calendar for your selected route, checks appointment availability and records the result in the journal. When the official site confirms a free date, you receive an alert and can proceed to booking. You do not need to keep returning to the calendar and refreshing it yourself: the panel shows the search progress.

On-demand checks let you look for dates when you choose. They are free and start from the bot panel, including on beta routes. Automatic monitoring searches without your constant attention: the bot checks the calendar and alerts you to an available appointment, while you remain responsible for choosing a time and confirming the booking.

Alerts: screen, sound and Telegram

When a date is confirmed, the bot tells you in three ways: the result appears in the panel, the computer plays a sound and Telegram delivers a message with the booking link. Telegram is connected once in the panel and carries alerts to your phone even when you are away from the desk. Overnight this matters most: as long as the computer and Chrome stay awake, checks continue, and the notification is there when you wake up.

Once alerted, open the link, go to the official calendar in your own session and choose a time. Keep applicant details ready, because popular dates are taken quickly.

Privacy and control over your booking

You complete the VFS login, the one-time OTP code and the human verification yourself in the provider’s tab. Your password and codes are not passed to the bot or to the Hello Emirates team. The bot works inside the session you have already opened and only checks date availability.

Booking always stays with the applicant: you choose the date and time on the official site, and the confirmation comes straight to you. Your application details remain under your control, and the decision to book is yours.

What you gain

Visa appointment monitoring reduces the time spent refreshing a calendar and helps you notice when dates become available. Instead of guessing, you get a result for a specific route: which centre has appointments, when the check ran and what availability the site confirmed. The journal lets you follow the search, while notifications mean you do not have to keep watching the screen. Before booking, you can check that the slot matches your visa category and that your documents are ready. Your applicant account remains under your control: the bot helps find a date, but you choose the time and confirm the appointment yourself.

  • Checks while you work or rest. Work, rest or sleep while the bot checks. There is no need to keep refreshing the calendar: the bot alerts you when a date is found.
  • Three ways to notice. The result appears on the page, the computer plays a sound and Telegram sends a message to your phone.
  • Your account, your booking. You sign in yourself and personally book the appointment found. Your passwords and application details are not shared with third parties.
  • Each centre reported separately. Where Abu Dhabi and Dubai are both checked, each confirmed result is shown on its own line.
  • A journal you can read. Every check is logged with time and outcome, so you see the search is alive rather than guessing.
  • Free mode. Check appointment availability by pressing a button, at no charge. The panel shows the result, with free checks also available on beta routes.

Read the panel in ten seconds

The panel shows the earliest date, centre, appointment category, calendar link and next check time. Tiles show Telegram and the access period; the journal records results. This distinguishes available appointments from waiting periods or booking-site errors.

  • Result line: date found, centre and category
  • Booking link opens the official site in your session
  • Telegram connection and access period at a glance
  • Start, pause and sound controls

Start in five steps

  • Install the extension. Add Hello Emirates Bot from the Chrome Web Store on a Windows or macOS computer.
  • Open your route page. Each country page holds its own bot panel and the category it checks.
  • Sign in to VFS yourself. Complete login, OTP and human verification in the VFS tab.
  • Check or monitor. Use free on-demand availability checks, or enter an access code to switch on 10 days of automatic monitoring.
  • Get the alert, book. When Telegram pings, open the official site and pick your time.

Pricing

  • On-demand availability checks — free. Start a check from the panel and see the confirmed result. Available on paid and beta routes.
  • Automatic monitoring — AED 99 for 10 days. Per route, with its own access code. The period starts at first activation.
  • With our support — included. Visa or legalisation clients get monitoring until a slot is found, at no extra charge.

Supported countries and entry pages

Choose the country and service you need: a Schengen visa, a long-stay visa for a residence application, document legalisation or a consular appointment. Each link opens a dedicated page with the bot, instructions and checking conditions. VFS Global routes cover supported visa centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; consular routes use the relevant representation’s appointment calendar.

An on-demand check shows current appointment availability. Automatic monitoring is activated separately on eligible routes. For Australia and Kazakhstan, the bot checks available dates for free at the press of a button. The list is gradually expanding: check the country, appointment category and available mode on the service page before starting. You book a date found by the bot yourself, using your own account on the official website.

Visa appointment bot questions

What is a VFS appointment bot and how does Hello Emirates Bot work?

A VFS appointment bot checks a visa-centre calendar on a regular rhythm and lets you know when dates become available. Hello Emirates Bot runs as a Google Chrome extension on your computer, inside the VFS session you open yourself, and reports each result in its panel and journal.

What other appointment systems does the bot support?

Alongside VFS Global, Hello Emirates Bot supports Bookitit for document legalisation at the Spanish Embassy in Abu Dhabi, Setmore for Australian consular appointments and the official gov.kz calendar for Kazakhstan. For Australia and Kazakhstan, the bot checks available dates for free at the press of a button; background monitoring and sound alerts are not enabled. We add new booking systems after checking access to the actual calendar and the reliability of its results. Available routes, checking modes and instructions are listed in the supported-country section.

Which countries and visa types can I monitor?

Automatic monitoring covers a set of Schengen routes through VFS in the UAE, Portugal’s long-stay D visa and Spanish Embassy document legalisation in Abu Dhabi. More Schengen countries are open in beta with free on-demand checks. Each route has its own page, listed in the route section above.

What do I need to run monitoring?

Desktop Google Chrome on Windows or macOS with the Hello Emirates Bot extension installed. Keep the computer awake and the bot page open; the checks run there, and Telegram carries the alerts to your phone wherever you are.

How do I sign in to VFS and confirm my session?

Open the VFS tab and sign in to your own account, enter the one-time code (OTP) and complete the human verification step. These steps stay with you, so your password and codes are never shared. Once access is confirmed, the bot continues checking and the journal shows the time it resumed.

How often are checks made?

The bot opens the appointment calendar for your selected route and checks whether dates are available. Confirmed results appear in the panel and journal. With automatic monitoring enabled, it repeats the search and alerts you when an appointment is found.

What should I do when an alert arrives?

Act promptly: open the booking link from the bot panel or the Telegram message, go to the official calendar in your signed-in session and choose a time that suits you. Popular dates move quickly, so having your applicant details ready helps.

How do I complete the booking?

Booking takes place in your own account on the official provider’s website. You select the date and time and confirm it there, so the appointment confirmation arrives directly to you and the details remain under your control.

How do Telegram notifications work?

Connect Telegram once in the bot panel. After that, each confirmed slot arrives as a Telegram message, together with the on-page result and a sound alert on your computer.

How much does the bot cost?

On-demand availability checks started from the panel are free, including beta routes. Automatic monitoring costs AED 99 for 10 consecutive days per route, starting from the first activation of the access code. Clients of our visa or legalisation support get monitoring included in their service.

What is fullscreen mode for?

Fullscreen mode is designed for following a long search: status and a clock on one side, a colour-coded journal of checks on the other, with a dimmed background. You can keep working in other tabs while checks continue.

Who built Hello Emirates Bot?

Hello Emirates Bot is an independent product developed by the Hello Emirates team, who use it in their own visa and legalisation support work. It works with the official booking pages you open in your browser.
