We developed Hello Emirates Bot to find available dates at visa centres and consulates. On-demand slot checks, automatic monitoring and Telegram notifications help you notice newly available slots sooner. Here is how the bot works, which routes are supported and how we found two document legalisation slots in two days.
Our own appointment-search bot
Finding an available date for a Schengen visa application or document legalisation at an embassy can become a task in its own right. Appointments open irregularly, available dates are quickly taken, and repeatedly checking visa-centre and consulate websites takes time without always producing a result.
To simplify this process, we developed and launched our own Telegram bot for visa-slot monitoring — Hello Emirates Bot. It automatically checks appointment availability, reports newly available dates and helps users respond to changes sooner.
Several Schengen and long-stay visa routes are already working, alongside document legalisation appointment checks at different countries’ consulates. Below are links to the bots grouped by procedure and the routes available in beta.
Our goal is to make finding an appointment easier and spare users the need to keep checking websites manually in the hope of finding a free date.
How Hello Emirates Bot works
The bot searches for available dates at visa centres and consulates. Depending on the route, users can start a check themselves or enable automatic monitoring.
In automatic mode, the system checks for available slots at intervals of approximately 5–10 minutes. When a date becomes available, the user receives a Telegram notification. Computer sound alerts provide another way to notice an appointment opening.
Some routes may require you to sign in to the visa-centre website first, such as VFS. After the required sign-in, the bot performs the main appointment-availability checks within the supported workflow.
Instead of repeatedly refreshing pages, users can leave the checks to the system and receive notifications about the options it finds.
Two modes: on-demand slot checks and automatic monitoring
Hello Emirates Bot has two main operating modes:
On-demand slot checks — free. You press the start button, and the bot searches for available dates and displays the result. There is no limit on the number of free checks: use the search as needed, choosing when to start it. Scheduled checks are not included in the free mode.
Automatic monitoring — AED 50 for 7 days. The bot starts checks on a set timer and sends notifications when it finds available slots. You do not need to press the button for each check: once monitoring is enabled, the search continues automatically.
The automatic-mode price is intended primarily to cover server infrastructure and Telegram integration costs. This helps us maintain the system and continue developing it.
Automatic monitoring does not guarantee that a date will become available, suit the user or lead to a completed booking. Availability depends on the individual consulate or visa centre and its current appointment situation.
What monitoring mode looks like
In normal mode, the bot appears directly on the service page. It shows the check result, monitoring status, Telegram connection and access period. The screenshot shows a real session: the bot found a document legalisation appointment at the Spanish Embassy in Abu Dhabi and offered a link to book on the official website.
Fullscreen mode and background monitoring
Fullscreen mode makes the search easy to follow: the result and bot status are on the left, the check journal and statistics on the right, and monitoring, sound and Telegram controls at the bottom. A clock helps you keep track of time. Open the mode with “Fullscreen monitoring” and leave with Esc or the exit link. The dark background and slight image shift reduce brightness and the risk of screen burn-in.
You can work in other tabs while checks continue in the background. Keep the bot page and Google Chrome open on a Windows or macOS computer, and disable sleep. A sound alert and Telegram notification let you know when a slot is found.
Which routes are already supported
Each supported route has its own page with a bot, monitoring terms and extension installation instructions. You can start an appointment check, view the result and configure notifications there without switching between separate tools.
During testing, the bot has already found available dates for visa applications and document legalisation. After receiving an alert, the user opens the official website and completes the booking themselves: monitoring finds appointment availability but does not submit an application or book a slot on the applicant’s behalf.
We continue to test monitoring stability, improve the algorithms and update the tool as appointment websites and processes change. The routes below are already working; each links to its corresponding bot page.

Bots for Schengen visas to Spain, Greece, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Czechia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Malta, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, as well as French long-stay visas, are currently in beta testing.
Beta versions already available on the relevant country pages offer free on-demand slot checks: you start the search, and the bot looks for available dates and shows the result. We continue improving these routes and will update the list as they become ready.
A real case: two Spanish document legalisation slots in two days
One of the clearest examples of Hello Emirates Bot in action is the search for Spanish consulate appointments for document legalisation.
A client was preparing to move to Spain with his wife. To prepare the documents needed for a later Spanish Digital Nomad visa application, they needed to legalise their police clearance certificates before departure.
Finding available dates was difficult. According to the client, other companies he had contacted reported that no slots were available. New dates appeared rarely, and the wait for an appointment could extend to several weeks.
We started monitoring with Hello Emirates Bot. In two days, the bot ran around 300 checks and found two available consular appointment slots.
The times they appeared were particularly revealing: one date became available at around 7 am, the other around midnight. Openings appeared at very different times, with no obvious schedule to guide manual checks.
This is the advantage of automatic monitoring. A person cannot keep refreshing a website around the clock, especially overnight or early in the morning. Even checking several times a day can mean missing the moment a date becomes available.
In our case, the bot helped find two options. A timely appointment was particularly important for the couple: they needed to complete legalisation before travelling to Spain.
How we use the bot with clients
We developed Hello Emirates Bot for both independent use and client requests.
When a client engages us for visa-process support or document legalisation, using the bot to find slots is included in the price of the chosen service. There is no separate automatic-monitoring charge in this case.
Depending on the situation, we can monitor appointment availability for the client ourselves or give them access to the tool within the agreed support arrangement.
This makes the search more organised and reduces reliance on repeated manual checks. Finding a slot is still only one stage of document preparation and the relevant application process.
We operate as a consultancy and marketing platform and work with specialist partners. Finding a slot does not mean automatic visa approval or a guaranteed outcome for the document review.
Why we created our own tool
We launched Hello Emirates Bot because we understand how tiring appointment searching can be, especially when dates appear irregularly and quickly become unavailable.
Our own system gives us more control over monitoring, helps us notice technical problems sooner and lets us expand the list of routes gradually.
We continue testing, fixing issues, updating the system and checking its operation with other visa centres and consulates. New routes will be connected as they become ready.
Appointment websites can change their structure, sign-in rules and how they display available dates. Stable operation therefore requires regular technical maintenance.

How to start searching for slots
First identify the procedure you need an appointment for: document legalisation, a Schengen visa application for a short visit, or a long-term D visa for relocation and subsequent residence-permit processing in a European country. This determines the tool, appointment category and applicant requirements.
Open the bot page for the service you need and read its instructions: which documents to prepare, where to submit them and which parameters monitoring checks. Make sure the tool matches your procedure, not just your destination country. Searching for slots does not replace preparing an application or checking your eligibility to apply.
To use the bot, open the service page on a computer in Google Chrome and install our extension from Chrome Web Store. Then choose the mode that suits you below.

You do not need to buy or activate a code for this mode. You start the search with a button, and the bot checks available dates.

What comes next
We will continue expanding the list of routes and testing the bot with other visa centres and consulates. Schengen visas are the initial priority, with more than 30 potential routes for further connections.
Our goal is to make appointment searching more convenient and systematic, so users do not have to keep refreshing websites manually in the hope of seeing an available date.
Hello Emirates Bot already helps monitor appointments on several popular routes, and new features are introduced as testing and development continue.
