Who the service is for
The offer is designed for UAE residents, including clients who previously completed a Nomad visa or another residence route. A UAE driving licence makes daily travel, work meetings, family logistics and journeys between the emirates easier. Instead of one universal format, the service offers three packages with a fixed list of stages, exams and practical training.
Package 1: one exam
Package 1 costs AED 11,000 and takes 10–14 days. The applicant does not take a theory exam. The package includes four hours of practical training with an English-speaking instructor and the final RTA Road Test in city traffic.

Package 2: two exams

Package 3: no exams
Package 3 costs AED 17,500 and takes 10–15 days. It uses a document-based route through the consulate of another country, including the required stamp, legalisation and MOFA attestation. There is no theory exam, road exam or RTA visit. The applicant only completes an eye test, which costs AED 140 and is paid separately.

Original Emirates ID for Package 3
Several days before the driving licence is collected, the client must provide the original Emirates ID. We confirm the handover timing in advance so the document is available at the required stage and returned after the procedure.
How to choose a package
Package 1 suits clients who want to avoid the theory exam but are ready for practical preparation and the final road test. Package 2 is the most affordable option and includes both theory and road exams. Package 3 is designed for clients who prefer a document-based procedure without exams and are ready to complete consular legalisation, MOFA attestation and the separate eye test.
How the process is organised
After the client chooses a package, we provide the checklist and coordinate the next steps with the licensed driving school. For Packages 1 and 2, this includes practical lesson scheduling and the required exams. For Package 3, the focus is on the consular and MOFA document chain, the eye test and timely provision of the original Emirates ID.

Hello Emirates explains the packages, coordinates communication and keeps the stages in the correct order. Practical instruction, examinations and regulated driving-licence procedures are handled by the licensed driving school, RTA and the relevant public bodies.
