After a two-week pause, UAE immigration resumes reviewing Nomad visa applications. The price is AED 5,000 outside the UAE, AED 6,000 inside the country and AED 3,800 for renewal the following year.
Applications resume after a pause
UAE immigration resumes reviewing Nomad visa applications after a two-week pause. This one-year UAE residence visa is designed for remote workers. Availability, prices and processing conditions should be confirmed before a new application because immigration programmes can change.
Price when applying outside the UAE
The price for an application submitted outside the UAE is AED 5,000. The applicant’s location at submission is an important part of the initial calculation.
Price when applying inside the UAE
For an application submitted from inside the UAE, the price is AED 6,000. The two amounts describe different application circumstances and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Renewal for the following year
The price for renewal in the following year is AED 3,800. Renewal depends on the current route and the applicant’s status; the price should be reconfirmed when the renewal becomes relevant.
